Quiet Home in the City

Shanghai is a fast-paced city. Yet, the faster the tempo of such a metropolis, the simpler people's expectations for their homes become.  Rather than originating from a predefined aesthetic style, the design seeks to re-establish a delicate balance between the trivialities of daily life and inner tranquility. The core objective of the intervention is to reorganize the relationship between the residents and their living environment, allowing various everyday rituals to unfold naturally.  The focal point of the space is not the television, but a long table and a fireplace.  The long table serves everyday dining while doubling as a dedicated hub for reading and conversation. Meanwhile, the fireplace acts as a centering anchor... More

Selva Houses

Selva houses explore the possibility of reconciling everyday urban life with a more immediate experience of nature. Located in Alto de Pinheiros, one of São Paulo’s traditional garden neighborhoods, the project comprises eight detached houses conceived as individual dwellings immersed in a continuous landscape. The architecture is organized around the presence of vegetation, treated not as a backdrop but as an active part of the spatial experience. Developed in collaboration with the landscape designer Caterina Poli, the garden introduces native species around the swimming pool, along the circulation areas, and into the visual field of the interiors, reinforcing the sense of living within a planted environment. Mother-of-Pearl Cascade Chandelier

Mother-of-Pearl Cascade Chandelier is a sculptural statement lighting piece composed of layered natural mother-of-pearl discs arranged in a flowing cascading form. The translucent shell surfaces softly reflect and diffuse light, creating subtle variations in texture, tone and luminosity. Its elongated silhouette makes it particularly suitable for stairwells, double-height foyers, entrance halls, hotel lobbies and other large interior spaces. Combining natural material with a contemporary decorative form, the chandelier functions as both architectural lighting and a visual centerpiece. More

Condominium 4 Houses | Cascais

The condominium is composed of four houses located in Abuxarda, Portugal, developed from a layout that seeks to take advantage of the topography, solar exposure, and the existing natural surroundings. The ensemble presents itself as a contemporary architectural composition, marked by overlapping horizontal volumes, large glazed surfaces, spacious terraces, and a constant relationship between interior and exterior. The placement of the four residential units was designed in a staggered manner, allowing each house to benefit from privacy, open views, and its own outdoor areas, while maintaining the formal coherence of the whole. The overall reading of the condominium reveals an architecture of clean lines, where the rigorous geometry of the v... More

Integrated Living Through Spatial Intelligence

The design was driven by a clear objective: to accommodate the client's entire program on a single level without compromising functionality, comfort, or spatial quality. Rather than treating this requirement as a limitation, it became the project's fundamental design strategy. Mehdi Nasiri , Pariya Hendi Mehdi Nasiri , Pariya Hendi Mehdi Nasiri , Pariya Hendi To achieve this goal, the planning process was informed by Space Syntax methodology. ero già bella

The decision to move the kitchen closer to the beautiful veranda that defines the living area, thereby creating two bedrooms in the remaining space, is the defining feature of this small penthouse situated opposite one of the villas designed in Rome in the 1930s. studio bombace The corridor, which divides the house horizontally, effectively becomes the focal point of the home, characterised by the green-painted false ceiling and the wallpaper covering the long wall that connects the sleeping area with the living area. Altris Residence

Photographing Altris Residence for Beverly Group was a study in patience. What began as a four-day assignment extended over a month as Malaysia’s rainy season brought constant uncertainty and changing conditions. WEI LOKE WEI LOKE WEI LOKE WEI LOKE WEI LOKE Rather than rushing the process, I waited for the moments when light, atmosphere, and architecture aligned. My goal was not simply to document the building, but to capture how its clean modern lines interact with light and shadow, and how it sits within its environment. Alphaville Aracaju

Inspired by the meeting of the Sergipe River and the sea, the project seeks to harmonize natural and urban elements. The intention is to capture the essence of this confluence, where the boundaries between river and sea, city and nature, dissolve. The dialogue between diverse cultures and the natural landscape of Aracaju, also informs the proposal. Flying The spatial concept unfolds as an expansive park, where lounge areas and circulation intertwine, creating a fluid experience. The architecture disperses into smaller volumes with organic forms, as if shaped by the wind, integrating with the natural landscape and avoiding large built masses. Another key aspect of the design lies in the particular configuration of the site. Unlike oth... More

Villa Arvo

At its core, the project aspir... More
