The design was driven by a clear objective: to accommodate the client's entire program on a single level without compromising functionality, comfort, or spatial quality. Rather than treating this requirement as a limitation, it became the project's fundamental design strategy.

To achieve this goal, the planning process was informed by Space Syntax methodology. Quantitative spatial analysis was carried out to evaluate the integration of the proposed layout, enabling circulation patterns, accessibility, and functional relationships to be systematically optimized. Integration values guided the arrangement of spaces, identifying the most connected areas as the social core of the house while preserving privacy for more intimate functions.

The final floor plan is the outcome of a data-driven design process in which analytical findings directly informed architectural decisions. By translating Space Syntax analysis into spatial organization, the project achieves intuitive circulation, efficient use of space, strong visual and physical connectivity, and a clear hierarchy between public and private zones—all while fulfilling the client's request to place the entire program on a single floor.
