Haus 2+
Haus 2+ is a modern and sustainable timber infill that redefines the entrance to Holzmarkt 25, a cooperative-led urban cultural quarter on the banks of the river Spree in Berlin’s Friedrichshain district. Designed by Office ParkScheerbarth, a Berlin-based practice for architecture and urban planning, Haus 2+ is the first all-timber building in Holzmarkt 25.

Hafezieh prayer room

Due to the project site which has the history of hundred years, the design process is created in harmony with the Tomb’s environment form. Utilizing the brick material (in Fakhro modins configuration) at tomb complex, led the design to a brick cube with hollow surfaces. PIEC | childhood pole
First part of an overall recovery and modification operation of the educational and open spaces in order to redefine a single childhood pole, the project aims at connecting physically the two existing buildings with longitudinal walls parallel to the buildings themselves. The new connecting space, nearly a winter garden or at least a ramification of the park hidden in the green, is created by the organic inclusion between open space and closed space.The place, with its arboreal essences, the orientation of the buildings, the inequality of the ground and the morphological and spatial characteristics of the buildings, is taken as source and material of the educational and cultural project to build through physical – perceptive connection... Pabellón Cultural de la República
This amazing group of buildings was designed by Juan Pablo Serrano Orozco and Rafael Monjaraz Fuentes in collaboration with Serrano Arquitectos. The construction begun in 2009 and is located in Los Cabos, Baja California Sur, México, with an area of 55’700 square meters just in front of the bay.
It’s a cultural space of five buildings connected by circulations, the visitors can use to get from one building to another, or just taking a walk. Around the central garden were located different spaces. The museum is a magnificent box of 200 meters long. The theather is a volumen whose shape is related to the geology of the mountains at the back and also has a space like an ágora to create events in open space.
