In Gheisizadeh residential apartment project, our main effort was to provide the maximum possible outdoor space to the residents, while creating the maximum visual privacy from outside to inside. The initial idea was to create a flexible and variable building façade. The intention was to reach the desired result by changing the openings, "While giving the residents the right to choose their level of privacy".The effort was to, while respecting the introversion aspect of the residential units, consider implementing a terrace to protect the disturbing severe direct sunlight in summer and benefit from the sunlight in the cold weather of winter because of the warm and dry climate of Shiraz. Project Bound is a take on designing a space that truly reflects the client’s work. It was a renovation of the reception area in a builder’s office. “Why does it hit you?” was the first thought while entering into the space. This one little thought lead to the initiation of the design for the whole project.As you enter, a flat monotonous flight of staircase with low ceiling height ushers you into the reception. The stunning new space is multi-functional, used as an office, showroom and event space and an important chapter in the evolution of Bisley, showcasing its ability to provide a complete furniture solution for the contemporary workplace. Eros Marketplace, New Delhi The city of Delhi has witnessed a host of large-scale developments in the last decade, especially in the NCR region. Owing to the type of development, these projects have assumed an introverted character and often lack integration with the surrounding context and culture, hence creating non-interactive and isolated spaces. Indirapuram, situated near Ghaziabad, is one such example of an expanding residential neighborhood in suburban Delhi, where commercial complexes serve as the primary meeting ground for communities in the vicinity.
