333 StK
333 StK is a mid-rise residential development on St Kilda Road, where contemporary apartment living is built around greenery, light, and the Australian instinct to be outside. The concept reaches back to the distinctly Australian idea that home extends beyond four walls into open air and greenery — here translated into generous sunrooms, climbing plants, and private outdoor spaces along one of Melbourne's most iconic boulevards, tree-lined, tram-threaded, a few minutes from the bay.The architecture by Rothelowman features a curvilinear form that echoes the nearby coastal landscape, accompanied by a materials palette that is texturally rich yet understated. Villa Exomandria
Villa Exomandria is a contemporary Cycladic retreat on the hillside of Monastiria, Antiparos — 700 square metres of built space set within 10,000 square metres of raw, sun-baked landscape, with panoramic views across the Aegean toward Sifnos and Paros. The Cyclades have one of the world's most recognisable architectural traditions: cubic white forms, thick walls, stone and lime plaster, buildings shaped by the same logic for centuries. Australian Motorsport Park
Conceived as the first facility of its kind in the southern hemisphere, the Australian Motorsport Park is envisioned as a speculative next-generation performance destination
Designed by Studio Nine Architects, the proposal explores how a contemporary motorsport venue could function not only as a racing circuit, but as a year-round cultural and lifestyle destination. The design rethinks the traditional relationship between building and circuit, embedding architecture directly within the mechanics of racing.

Sunscape getaway|Symmetry Suites Experience Space
The project involved the reconfiguration of the outdoor areas of an existing suite hotel complex. The aim was to repurpose existing areas and upgrade the overall space. Our goal was to provide an integrated user experience through the appropriate selection of uses.

First, we defined the entrance to the complex, providing a welcoming prelude to the experience that follows.
The guests’ movement in the space was highlighted with the use of architectural elements and a variety of materials.

Arched metal structures add different qualities to the space. The various areas are gradually revealed to the guest in an interesting way, suggesting the different uses.
The guests’ movement across the various areas... More
