Tederic International Center (Hangzhou)

The Tederic International Center is located in Qiantang District, Hangzhou, within the Hangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone. The project consolidates office, hotel, commercial, and manufacturing functions into a single campus, supporting the ongoing transformation of China’s manufacturing sector toward higher-value, technology-driven production. Developed for Tederic, a publicly listed manufacturer of injection moulding and die-casting machines with operations globally, the project establishes a centralized base for research, production, and corporate activities. Quooker Factory

GROUP A designs the new industrial building for Quooker at the Nieuw Reijerwaard business park in Ridderkerk. With a lime hemp plinth facade and a distinctive silhouette, the factory complex stands out in its surroundings. The new logistics center is the first phase of the factory that will eventually bring all functions together under one roof in a comfortable work landscape. Located on the outskirts of Western Sydney, Big Blue comprises two office & warehouse units developed for light industrial activity, storage, and distribution. Big Blue adopts and refines the standard functional warehouse plan of its neighbours through the practical uses of volume, colour, and material, ultimately shaping an asymmetrical structure that transforms across the course of a day. Moldiflex Factory

The built project is the result of a reconstruction. The pre-existing structure was intended for an industrial unit and saw its facilities completely compromised due to the occurrence of a fire. Since the necessary conditions to proceed with the recovery of the remaining structure are not verified, we found at this point the opportunity to rethink the industrial production space. Electra Electronic Industry Centre

In January 2017, the leading  provider of access control systems in Romania decided to start the project for the construction of their new headquarters in Miroslava Industrial Park, in Iasi, Romania. ELECTRA has become over the years a landmark for the regional and also national electronics industry, with two divisions that supply electronic assembly services and printed circuit boards. The three companies needed a new larger and more efficient space that had to help improve their industrial processes. The Bradco Industrial Unit is located in the industrial area of Felgueiras, in the municipality of Castelo de Paiva. The company finds its genesis in the leather goods area, however over the years it has also expanded its activity to bracelets and in the leather goods area: belts, bags, briefcases, purses, wallets, shoes, etc. It is currently a notorious company for also working with renowned brands.   With this project it was mainly intended the increase in both production and number of employees, and consequently stimulating employment and the regional economy, becoming this way, a more autonomous Industrial Unit and with total freedom for future growth.
