Mintel Singapore recently moved office to the newly renovated UIC building at 5 Shenton Way. The prestigious Singapore address overlooks the harbor and has lots of natural daylight. The brief for the new office was to create a bright, open space that is fun, stimulates creativity, and encourages collaboration and teamwork. In the ever-changing world of insurance products, the Innovation Hub allows the client to bring together staff from all departments to work collaboratively on new and innovative projects.   A series of balconies were inserted at the level of the roof to allow visual links between the social spaces on the first and second floor and the new Innovation Hub. These balconies are used as casual meeting spaces for all staff. This project consists of two floors, the lower flooring using the BLAKK branding and design guidelines which includes only black colors with the addition to concrete and their unique Fire Gray Onyx. Tavendale & Partners is a law firm, based in the South Island, who offer a wide range of legal services, particularly in commerce and agribusiness.   The practice‘s new offices are located on the top levels of two neighbouring buildings and are connected by an airbridge. Within the larger of these two spaces sits the lawyers‘ main offices and a staff cafe.
