jaguar negro

Jaguar Negro is inspired by the History of Mexico in two ways. The first one is intimately linked to the ancestral heritage of the Aztec culture, already distant in time and characterized by legends that have been transferred from generation to generation. And a second counterpart, much closer to our time, based on the Colonial Hacienda and its way of experiencing space, but brought to the present with contemporary touches that have a lot to do with the use of material. PELMOON COLTUNASI HANDMADE

A small house of dumplings ‘Pelmoon’ is located in the center of Chisinau city, next to the State University of Moldova on Banulescu Bodoni Street.The location has only one room. ‘Pelmoon’ is a takeaway fast food restaurant with an assortment of dumplings and quick delivery in disposable dishes.The dumplings, which can be classic, with beef, chicken, pork, shrimp and parmesan. All dumplings are multi-colored, stained with natural dye: beetroot juice, spinach, and turmeric or cuttlefish ink. Le Mirazur Bar and Restaurant

The project restored and converted a 1950’s building into a restaurant bar with banquets rooms, staff accommodation and a garden with aromatic herbs. The main restaurant room and a small servery are located at street level. Façades were reshaped with wider openings, in order to allow for more transparency and a better panoramic seaview .Fabric awnings projecting out of the external envelope are dynamic elements that emphasize again the lightness of the new structure and make the building look as a vessel ready to sail. Juice Brothers x Nutri Bowl

Nutri Bowl, specialised in cold-pressed juices, and Nutri Bowl, pioneer in healthy to-go meals, are joining forces in a new roll-out concept. Ninetynine was asked to develop a modular, scalable shop-in-shop concept which resulted in an inverted island bar which brings the customer – and not the staff – to the heart of the brand-controlled environment.   The design is based on a grid of 40x30x30 cm blocks. The size literally refers to the optimal 40/30/30 - protein/carbohydrates/fat - ratio provided by the power series of Nutri Bowl. Restaurant Entrepot

Introduction Restaurant Entrepot is led by chef Arvid Schmidt and host Xander Waller. The menu offers an ever-changing list of exciting small dishes, made with local seasonal products and largely prepared over open fire. The restaurant is located in Amsterdam on the iconic Entrepotdok, an industrial area from the 17th century with many monumental warehouses. The year 2017 was one of change for Dáme jídlo. In autumn, the company, which is part of the global Delivery Hero group, changed its visual identity and offices, and we were called upon to help with the latter. In view of the youthful nature of the company, we designed the interior to be ready for employees who shun a permanent desk and prefer to find a different place to work at every opportunity.The variable workplace trend is one we have also pursued in other companies. In addition to an assigned workspace, each employee can also take advantage of informal meeting points, focus zones, telephone booths and an open space (the so-called work lounge). Carousel, with interiors by Tengbom, is a restaurant in magnificent and vibrant premises on Gustav Adolfs square in Stockholm, opposite the Royal Opera House. The people behind the restaurant are restaurateurs Lukas Moderato, Robin Moderato and Christopher Ellertsson.
