Foster + Partners completes the Greenville County Administration Building in South Carolina

The four-story Greenville County Administration Building in Falls Park, South Carolina, by Foster + Partners is now complete. The striking design forms part of an overall masterplan by RocaPoint Partners and fosters a natural link between Falls Park, the new Cancer Survivor’s Park, and the nearby Swamp Rabbit Trail.  Brandon Stengel Resembling a bow tie in plan, the building’s massing is divided between two volumes of office blocks. Foster + Partners completes a self-shading tower for Techcombank in Ho Chi Minh City

Following the completion of their design for the Techcombank Headquarters in Hanoi, Vietnam, Foster + Partners has completed a second, 21-storey tower for the company in Ho Chi Minh City. The concept for this latest tower revolves around two main approaches: programmatic – responding to different tenants and uses – and environmental, with a unique self-shading concept developed in response to the site's tropical climate.  Weerapon Singnoi Overall, the tower appears as two main blocks, with the building core situated to the rear, facing the adjacent hotel. Spectacular rooftop garden completed at London's Battersea Roof Garden Building

Offering a magical new lookout in London, a 29,000 square-foot rooftop garden by James Corner of Field Operations is now complete. Featuring four interconnected pyramidal roof peaks that appear to emerge from the earth below, the Datong Art Museum by Foster + Partners offers a new cultural destination for China and a new cultural hub for Datong region.
