Stelliant Brings Paris Teams Together Under One Roof in La Défense
The Move
Stelliant, a major player in French insurance services with offices nationwide, recently reorganized its Paris-area presence. Previously split between three locations — Puteaux, Colombes, and the 9th arrondissement — the company's new leadership chose to merge everything into one address: Tour Légende in La Défense, spanning 4,300 m² over three floors.

Tatneft Office Tower
A part of administrative cluster of PJSC Tatneft in Almetyevsk project
Administrative cluster of PJSC Tatneft in Almetyevsk is a set of buildings constructed throughout times: a 15-storey tower (built in 2010, reconstructed in 2020), a 12-storey office building (built in 1970s, renovated in 2017), an entrance group and several 1 and 2-storey extensions: conference hall and cafeteria. Reconstruction united these buildings into a complex matching the company’s status, creating an entirely new look. Tower and office building are now connected with a new entrance group. For the entrance and the offices area, we choose a panel type G30HAK, dimension 60x60 cm and 60x120 cm, composed by 30 mm thickness calcium sulphate density 1.500 kg/m³, aluminium foil on bottom side with top covering grès porcelain Casalgrande Padana collection Stonewash, colour Grey. On the bottom side there is the module for the radiant heating. Each module is joined to the other by a plug-in coupling and then the system is connected by the thermo-hydraulic professional to the heating pump, in order to guarantee the heating and cooling all the year.
