White Fox Global Headquarters

The White Fox Global Headquarters consolidates workplace, content production, and staff amenities within a 13,000-square-metre repurposed building. Designed by PMG for the Australian fashion brand, the project treats the headquarters as both a functional workplace and an extension of White Fox’s public identity. Rather than approaching the building as a conventional office fit-out, the intervention makes substantial modifications to the existing structure while retaining and adapting its primary fabric. The most significant is a 285-square-metre, three-storey atrium created by cutting through the existing concrete floor slabs. Four large openings, each approximately 20 by 10 metres, required extensive carbon-fibre reinforcement to re... More

Aston Martin Headquarter

The description of Aston Martin Headquarters as three "things" places it in a relational object framework. Objects in this relation come into contact, intertwine, and perhaps even participate in a spiral movement, but their identities remain independent. In this project, the distinct positions of the museum, laboratories, and administrative spaces create a non-hierarchical relationship. Objects come into contact with each other, but their boundaries are not blurred and resist reduction by any signifying effort. Kalbod Architects The mysterious presence of a black object is another central theme in the headquarters' design. This mysterious element embodies an insatiable desire that seems to gather the surrounding world into its dark de... More

Luxembourg’s POST HQ building by Metaform Architects stands out for its monumental stone façade

Situated in the densest district of Luxembourg, opposite the city’s prime transport hub, the Post Headquarters, designed by Metaform architects, stands out for its characteristic Haussmannian architecture with its massive natural stone facade.  Steve Troes The Accinauto building, a remnant of 1950s classic architecture, has been preserved and integrated into the new building. Its facade and roof pitches were retained by reinforcing 700 tonnes of foundations. The original pitched roof was transformed into a vertical facade, seamlessly integrating the existing listed building and the new HQ. The monumental stone edge of the new construction is softened by the rotational folding of the roof form, which also blends with the... More

John Deere HQ Madrid

A construction defined by its U-form that redeems the memories of the courtyard buildings of the Spanish culture, defines the headquarters of the agricultural machinery company John Deere. Caption The geometry of the U-shaped building is an attempt to evoke the buildings with courtyards of Spanish culture, in which everything revolves around one function, in this case the agricultural machinery products of John Deere. It is closed to the outside — to the city and the road — showing its more public façade and suggesting movement with its roof and non-orthogonal façade plans. About the U-shape (outside-inside) there are also three levels of approximation: a distant one, that of the city, another intermediate on... More
