The project, designed for the management office of Starax, a company producing furniture accessories, is located in Velimeşe, Tekirdağ. The office spaces, situated within the factory's production building, span across three floors with a total usable area of 4,000 square meters.

The ground floor houses the employee and visitor entrance lobbies, a showroom area, meeting rooms, and other service spaces. On the first floor, there are executive offices, an executive meeting room, and workspaces for personnel. The central location of the executive meeting room was designed to serve as a focal point, enhanced by its modern design, creating an impressive space for both internal meetings and visits from external guests. The room features electrically frosted glass, which allows the space to switch between transparent and opaque. Additionally, projections can be displayed on these glass surfaces, enabling it to function as a digital screen.

On the second floor, a product showroom, guest reception rooms, offices, and hotel rooms for accommodation purposes are planned. Common social areas on each floor are designed to connect with semi-open terrace areas. This allows the social spaces to be used as both indoor and outdoor areas, fostering communication within the office and enhancing interaction among personnel.

All interior spaces are designed with a contemporary, modern, and innovative architectural style that reflects the company’s new corporate identity. The form language, characterized by curved and flowing lines, is combined with elegant and high-quality material choices, adding value to the project and the brand identity through the design's added aesthetic value.
