This question was our point of departure for Market Lane, a new office project that kicked off a new chapter of experimentation at Elenberg Fraser. Deluxe is a globally renowned media services and digital post-production, asset management and copyright protection company that works with a diverse and global client list.    As a progressive content media company, Deluxe has highly specialized audio/video requirements for their high-end production facility. A transparent cover that has as primary purpose to protect the archaeological site but also and just as important, to fill the void created by the excavation; "heal" the ground. Digging, exploring our roots to establish our unbreakable bond with the place, with the earth, the rock, our history. And then cover, protect, close the wound, through the construction of a "limen" - the transparent cover - that will allow us to think of both an inside and outside, a before and after. Villa Orebic

Villa Orebic is situated in the hill over the City of Orebic, Croatia. Structured concrete, glass, metal and onyx stone were used as main materials. Gym, pool technology, storage and entry terrace are situated in the first floor. Main living area, storages, toilet, swimming pool, outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen and petanque game area are situated in the upper floor with the view of the see and city of Orebic. INTIMACY - Interactive fashion by Roosegaarde

INTIMACY is a high-tech fashion project exploring the relation between intimacy and technology. Its high-tech garments entitled 'Intimacy White' and 'Intimacy Black' are made out of opaque smart e-foils that become increasingly transparent based on close and personal encounters with people. Social interactions determine the garmentsʼ level of transparency, creating a sensual play of disclosure. INTIMACY 2.0 features Studio Roosegaardeʼs new, wearable dresses composed of leather and smart e-foils which are daringly perfect to wear on the red carpet.
