An innovation that rethinks the frame as an element for design and no more just a technical and structural component.Designed by Francesco Valentini and Lorenzo Ponzelli and developed by ECLISSE R&D, this aluminium frame gives the door a special splay, a feature that completes and enhances it, giving it a unique, precise and minimal look.
ON ONE SIDE,the inclined profiles of the aluminium frame empty the wall and outline a splayed door. A sense of depth with respect to the wall, defined by the 40 degrees tilted surface. Like a picture frame, it surrounds the doorway and invites us to cross through it.

Situated in the exclusive beachside resort of St. Julian’s, InterContinental Malta it’s been described as a luxury chic hotel of bright refined rooms with plush furnishings. On August 2016 the hotel unveiled a collection of 30 new High-line Suites that feature designer furniture by Minotti, Bang & Olufsen audiovisual systems and LINVISIBILE doors. IHG group said the suites have been created “to respond to an increasing demand within the luxury niche market”, and will offer a “unique product with a real sense of space”. Fornace Orsoni
Introduction:
Orsoni is the historical Venetian furnace that uses the same traits since 1888 to produce 24K gold leaf mosaics and enamels in more than 3.500 colors. Linvisibile participated in the restoration of the last furnace of the Serenissima, Orsoni’s headquarter, providing 2 doors that were coated with 13 different shades of Orsoni’s hand cutted gold mosaics. From this project a special collaboration was born, demonstrating that Linvisibile’s products technology and Orsoni’s ancient artisanal techniques, when combined, allow spectacular results unique in their genre. Linvisibile Hinged door is the exclusive patented door, which is completely flush with the wall and reinterprets the traditional Hinged opening; available in pull and push opening models.
It is distinguished by the use of concealed hinges and the absence of door frames or jambs to achieve seamless continuity between wall and door. It can be painted in the same finish as the walls, becoming almost invisible. Or the door structure can be left visible, with only the panel forming part of the design continuum and the panel finish.
It can be coated with almost any type of material (metal, stone, leather) to create special atmospheres, in a tasteful way. There are lacquered (glossy or matt) and wooden versions offered as well. More
