ingenhoven associates are responsible for the overall architectural concept of the conversion of Cologne’s former CAPITOL TV production facility into a hotel. Key elements of the project include the design of the façades of the existing structure and a new hotel building located in the inner courtyard. Situated in a prime central location between the Belgian Quarter and the Gerling District, the site has been developed into a four-star boutique hotel. ingenhoven architects has been commissioned with the extension and modernization of the Lanserhof Lans in Austria, where the LANS Med Concept has its origin. Regarding the extension, it is planned to add a new oval building with 16 rooms and suites south of the main building. The property: a listed old water tower in the heart of Bad Segeberg, in the immediate vicinity of the Karl May Festival venue.
