THEROS WORLD is the sibling property of THEROS All Suite Hotel, situated directly to its north, with the two complexes sharing a common boundary. Although autonomous in operation, both developments are unified by a consistent architectural language and aesthetic. Kardüz Ski Resort is a ski resort project planned to be established on an area of 180 hectares on the Kardüz plateau, which attracts attention with its 1830-meter altitude in Gölyaka district of Düzce province. Located on the Elmacık Mountains, Kardüz is the highest point of Düzce in the border region with Bolu. A disused train station is transformed into a hotel with restaurant and an events space.
