Dhoot Transmission – Industrial Facility

The Dhoot Transmission - Industrial Facility is conceived as a next-generation manufacturing campus that integrates operational efficiency with human-centric design.   Commissioned for Dhoot Transmission’s expanding manufacturing operations, the project was envisioned as more than a standard industrial shed. A high-capacity production environment supported by administrative offices, workers amenities, training infrastructure, and service utilities within one campus.   JAI SHARMA Located within an industrial setting, the site demanded a planning approach capable of balancing heavy-duty logistical movement with secure access, worker circulation, and long-term operational growth. The principal challenge was to organize... More

Silvio Petrossi Airport

The concept of the terminal is to create a building integrated in the flat landscape as if emerging out from it, and opening towards the Airfield and the horizon. Caption Also, the terminal has been designed to be able to grow as per de Future Projections, but also, we have established other intermediate points of the stages of growth to make it more flexible and feasible, adaptable to numerous unforseen circumstances. Caption The terminal is conceives as a green terminal, with an external courtyard with terraces for Food and Beverage, and a tropical garden with artificial mist, close to departure gates to enchance the experience of the passenger. Tenerife Sur Airport

Our proposal is based on the possibility of creating a contamporary and homogenous terminal building reusing the existing terminals, incorporating them in a single unit that is perceived as uniform. There are 6 main “architectural acts” over the existing buildings, in the areas that do not have great impact on ducts and existing structural elementes. This approach is economically advantageous if done with care, but also more sustainable and it increases the value of the proposal as it combines the values of the exsiting building with that of the additions, creating a unique character. Dos Hermanas Train station

The station will be an important piece of infrastructure in an area of rapid growth and development where a large Congress Centre is being built. The station mediates between a large parking lot and the railway and, together with the design of the train plaza, will help the travellers to connect with the more amicable areas surrounding the new congress centre. Caption Caption The station is designed as a precise object that holds, mainly, technical rooms, and that works to cover from the sun and the rain the functional areas required by the opeartor: the entrance, the ticketing area and the covered stands where the travellers are waiting. Changi Airport Terminal 5

Terminal 5 (T5) is a bold reimagination of the airport experience as a social extension of the city rather than a monolithic passenger processing facility. Designed as a green and sustainable terminal building, Terminal 5 will welcome up to 50 million more passengers a year to the most celebrated international airport in the world. Eschewing conventional thinking about airport design, the team envisions an engaging new district, one that channels the city-state’s lush, natural landscape and lively, urban scale to elevate the airport experience for both travelers and Singaporeans alike. Drawing on lessons learned from the Covid-19 pandemic, T5 is designed with the flexibility to operate as smaller sub-terminals when needed, with spac... More

Edenland Pedestrian Bridge in Luxelakes

DESCRIPTION Edenland Pedestrian Bridge in Luxelakes  - An Alternative Expression of Natural Order Arch-Exist Edenland Pedestrian Bridge connects LuxeIsland and Edenland in Luxelakes, aimed to enhance the connection between the community clusters, parks and green spaces, and commercial areas of the space. Arch-Exist Here the newly constructed Edenland Pedestrian Bridge differentiated itself from other winding pedestrian bridges in Luxelakes with an aest... More
