In the picturesque suburbs of Kyiv, a private house has become home to a family of four and their cat. Designed as a family retreat, the project embraces color, texture, and detail to create a layered and expressive living space.
The architects and clients spent considerable time searching for the right solution, from building plots to existing houses. The chosen property stood out for its well-planned layout and potential for transformation. The owners of this apartment also stand out among the majority of customers for their courage in making decisions.
First of all, I was inspired by their attitude to rich colors in the apartment. At the very first meeting, I formed an association of this young couple with clean, bright blue. Imagine my surprise when they themselves brought examples of "blue" modern interiors as references for their residence!

Terracota office
The office space is located in one of the buildings in the center of Kyiv, Ukraine. The workspace is separated from the hallway area by a hanging cabinet. The office is designed for 10-12 people and consists of an open space, a meeting room, a kitchen and bathrooms. The rooms are not large, but full of amenities.

The original concrete structure was retained and we used it as the main design element. It serves as a stage for the workspace. The Earth 1
Appartments is designed for a family of four people. Total area is 100sq.m
The color scheme of this zone is restrained, in natural shades, only emphasized by dark graphic elements of furniture and light. At the same time, almost all textures of natural surfaces are collected. Ceramic granite - stone, plaster - earth, different textures of fabric, wood and "textile" panels behind the TV give a feeling of getting closer to nature.

This family-type restaurant is located in the center of Kharkiv. Initially, the picturesque part of the central square and a minimal internal space assumed the creation of a street terrace and the inclusion of part of the facade in the general active area of the establishment.

The organization of this classic restaurant uses most of the space to create different zones and seating layouts. A small room hosts family parties, a wine cabinet, a large round table for cozy dinners, and even seating for loved couples within a window case. As loft buro says, an open kitchen and an “appeared bar” engage visitors in active interaction with space.

The interior of this project can not be called simple. We have long and carefully worked out his style to combine modern details with elements of vintage.
We selected warm wood and soft textures of carpets and textiles, mixed them with steel tables, recycled plastic and old mirror frames. We worked on color, duplicated shades and textures and everything to make the interior look whole after a long diffusion, despite the many accent details
