The office space is located in one of the buildings in the center of Kyiv, Ukraine. The workspace is separated from the hallway area by a hanging cabinet. The office is designed for 10-12 people and consists of an open space, a meeting room, a kitchen and bathrooms. The rooms are not large, but full of amenities.

The original concrete structure was retained and we used it as the main design element. It serves as a stage for the workspace. Large glazing opposite the concrete columns completes the ring of this area. You can see a couple of seating areas with poufs. There are many cabinets and shelves in every room of the office.

Terracotta color is combined with blue and concrete gray, making the space colorful and a little old-fashioned. Different shapes create the impression of visual clutter in the presented space, or maybe this is a design feature?

We forgot to mention that this office can be transformed into full-fledged apartments in the future. It is difficult to recognize this at first glance, but it is possible. The place in the semicircle element is assumed to be the head of the bed. We just need to put a partition between the two pylons to separate the bedroom from the open space.

Also hidden behind the closet is a door between the hallway and the bathroom.

So we have an additional function for this space.
