The project is a plaza for office headquarters in Shenzhen. The site spans two plots separated by a tertiary planning road. The architectural programs include office towers with retail podiums. A subway line passes under the east side of the site and has delayed completion of a portion of the landscape around the subway station. Commissioned by Light & Lives, Anthologist Studio designed their office in Dubai; in the process, a warehouse of approximately 280 m² in Al Quoz was transformed into a space of over 550 m² that is anything but a standard office. Light & Lives serves as both a workspace and an experience center—a dual identity that has been designed without compromise. Rich in character, the project features a courtyard garden, a client experience lounge, a custom fabrication workshop, and flexible workspaces. Triton International, the world’s largest container leasing company, recently revamped its office in the Boston area to give it a fresher look, featuring the brand’s unique identity and core values. The renovation includes a complete layout revamp with thoughtful lighting design to promote efficiency and productivity. Designing this house has been a process of a lot of learning, creativity and details, the main one was to design a house that felt completely proper for the inhabitants, who are a young and dynamic couple with three small children who need to grow up in a home that is all terrain and where they have no limits to feel free. Lighting design and custom luminaire development at its best for a villa in the very best location in the center of Hamburg: Almost all the luminaires were specially developed for the project. Caption The technical upgrade of the wall luminaires next to the entrance portal was particularly successful. The existing luminaires, which were converted from gas to electricity 50 years ago, have now been equipped with LED technology and have been completely glare-reduced. A special diffuser panel is illuminated indirectly by an uplight and reflects the light onto the path area. Rush Wright Associates design establishes a unique, fresh vision for the much-loved Greville Street that revels in its edginess, and draws upon its fringe counter-culture and history of botanical display that has been a constant in the precinct. Akin to a haberdashery, the bespoke, craft-inspired furniture suite weaves throughout the streetscape and into Grattan Gardens. This palette of bright colours set against a braided ground plane recalls Greville Street’s urban groove, and evokes new and old textiles, fabrics, and fashion.
