The Ray

Building a large house on a sea-facing hillside in Mumbai is both exciting and daunting. On one hand, the prospect of a panoramic ocean view is thrilling. On the other hand, it undoubtedly adds to the growing clutter of self-important villas in these, which not so long ago were uninhabited, natural, landscapes. Maison WAL

A couple with a child decided to settle in Andernos-les-Bains and set their sights on this property. The existing building is just under 60m² habitable, and the land is largely covered with gravel. maxime gautier The objective is twofold.
