In the pedestrian heart of Padua, Essentia redefines the concept of a showroom through an intervention that works on spatial continuity and the expressive power of surfaces. The project moves beyond simple commercial display to create a unified organism, where cement resin, stone, and wood become architectural matter that guides the visitor from the public dimension of the ground floor toward the immersive and intimate dimension of the basement. Brotherton Cadillac opened its doors in the summer of 2023 to customers in the Shoreline, Washington area. The exterior of their beautiful showroom features ALPOLIC metal composite materials in finishes of CPW White and Mica Anodic Clear. In total, 162 sheets of cladding were used (131 of White and 31 of Mica), for an overall total of 14,500 square feet.
