The first store of the Brazilian chocolate brand Chocolat Du Jour in the city of Goiânia introduces a new concept developed for the brand, where the idea is to convey the quality and excellence of its chocolate, which, due to its attributes, achieves the status of Art. For the store's façade, a cladding was developed using cocoa beans. The design concept took shape as an interpretation of the minimalist perception characterizes Apple stores worldwide. The show room was designed with black and white colors, that do not overshadow the presented products, and the contrast between the colors creates both a dominant and a silent look – the black stands out with its intensity at the front of the store and in the flooring of the space, while the white shade dominates the central space of the hall. These are typically introvertive concepts, where shops are located along interior promenades. This project consists of a restaurant renovation to an existing retail space as a new addition to the Restaurant Collection Under the Dome on the 4th Floor Westfield San Francisco Center. The restaurant is adjacent to the Market Street side escalators, Nordstrom entry, and open to the dome. With nearly 5,000 square feet, the space seats 125 guests.
