PNA-13013 is a project born out of the concept of liquid architecture promoted by Palomino Arquitectos. A philosophy that seeks to connect the different architectural structures with the environment in which they are located. With this idea in mind, the studio has created a home that maximises the connection with the island's nature by unifying the different spaces. Over a total length of 52 m, this mansion extends parallel to the coastline. All bedrooms have an unobstructed view of the sea on the east coast of Mallorca. The first challenge is to redirect the labyrinthine structure of the housing. The client’s vision for Bora Headquarters was inspired by the airy light-filled spaces of SAOTA’s Cape Town projects that they had previously visited. The complex, steeply sloping, site required careful placement of the building to provide comfortable pedestrian and vehicular access. DE Die L-förmige Drei- Zimmer Villa in Santa Ponsa, in einer Bucht im Westen der Insel Mallorca wurde von Andreas Hummel Architekten im Jahre 2014 fertig gestellt. Die Grundstücksfläche beträgt 1148m2. Im oberen Bereich des Grundstücks befindet sich der Eingang der Villa. Aufgrund der Höhenunterschiede des Grundstücks mussten Anpassungen des Bodenniveaus vorgenommen werden. Ziel des Entwurfs ist es, den Blick auf das Meer zu öffnen. Der Swimmingpool mit Aublick auf das Meer gilt als zentrales Element und beherrscht den Garten. Die Villa wurde aus zwei Volumen erschaffen.
