Sapphire 83 is a distinct example of a neighbourhood shopping complex that gives the user an opportunity to ‘shop while walking.’ The project is a combination of multiple amenities, including a Cinema hall run by INOX, 120 service apartments, almost 100 retail outlets and numerous family restaurants. An outdoor project that characterizes the urban green of the area.The set-ups play on details, using eco-sustainable materials and reused elements, creating a chaotic but orderly atmosphere at the same time. The traditional counter turns into a table, a support point for relational exchanges.The relax area is characterized by cushions, rugs and low tables, to create a more peaceful and reserved atmosphere. The new livestock market and service center were born from the strong relation with the local tradition and economy: they are a new urban space inside the historical center of Carmagnola. The project’s purpose is the regeneration of the foro boario, a 1400 sqm building in which, in the past, the livestock market was hosted and, nowadays, it is partially abandoned. The citizen demanded for its renovation, asking for the reorganization of the area through the creation of a community center.The new center is organized on a longitudinal axis in which the northern building acts as a telescope toward the fields, and in the southern area the building splits and opens itself to the historical centre of the city. The new centre for agriculture and home improvement is located along the main road to the city centre of Mistelbach, Austria. Due to its prominent location it was important to place the entrance at South, where customers enter the store through a cube cladded in Eternit façade panels, directly into the floor to ceiling glazed showroom. The working spaces, the workshop and the big storage room are oriented to the north. The things in stock outside are protected through a projecting roof, which creates extended working space. Consolidation and revitalization in urban environments has become a major aspect in the development of this project. The client developed a new room and utilization concept in western Salzburg. Originally constructed in 1939 and expanded in 1952, Sillaber transformed Panzerhalle (engl. tank hangar), located at the Maxglan industrial park, into a building ensemble with a wide range of purposes. The result is a construction hip enough to be in Berlin’s coolest district Kreuzberg. The new bio&bio store was opened on Zagreb’s Square of Eugen Kvaternik, inside Nama shopping mall, the first one in Zagreb after bio&bio’s rebranding and the largest one so far. The store’s location inside Nama shopping mall effected its design. We created an isolated “space inside the space”, emphasising its urban atmosphere, very present in the collective consciousness. The existing flooring has been left as it was, the ceiling installations remained visible and the entrance was highlighted with a wooden portal. Casablanca is a young and dynamic city in Morocco with a population estimated at approximately 4 million inhabitants. It is the largest city in the Maghreb and the fourth largest in Africa. Being an important economic center, its architecture is a combination of different styles which gives it a unique architectural beauty.
