The design of this apartment in the heart of NoLo, has led to the creation of a fluid floor plan, capable of adapting to the needs of the new owner, which include the versatility of the spaces and their mutual connection.
The main obstacle to overcome was the presence of a bearing wall that runs across the apartment. This barrier, impossible to eliminate, has therefore become the true focal point of a circular path composed of fluid and connected spaces. The living room, kitchen, and dining area are gathered around it, whose presence is cleverly concealed behind a full- length mirrored coating, creating a perfect illusion of spatial continuity.

In the heart of Milan’s Casoretto district, a 75 sqm three-room apartment finds a new identity through an intervention defined by a measured, restrained language and refined contemporaneity.Set within a building dating back to the early 1950s, the apartment is now home to architect Flavio Terracciano, founder of studio parterre, and his wife Francesca, a psychoanalyst.

Office in Casa Sissa
Casa Sissa is a building designed by Gio Ponti and Emilio Lancia in 1934 in Corso Italia, Milan. The building is an elegant work where rationalist, eclectic and Novecento style elements coexist.
Upon entering the exquisite marble foyer, one encounters a meticulously restored small office, preserving Ponti's original layout and reviving numerous features and details that were previously in a state of disrepair.

For the presentation to buyers and customers of the new Gedebe collection, Moitié Studio stages a dynamic and elegant exhibition in the spaces of the Massimo Bonini Showroom. Blocks of cement of different heights and proportions, arranged almost as if to recreate an amphitheater, are at the heart of the setup, with the aim of enhancing the precious, unique creations conceived by Giuseppe Della Badia, creative director, and founder of the brand.

Aquileia
The renovation project of this elegant house in the center of Milan involves the preservation of period elements while integrating them with new design elements. The central core of the house is the hallway with the coffered ceiling that generates spaces and shapes. Through color the architecture is emancipated, evolving from a past stage to a contemporary one. Powder blue is the color that covers the entire space, alongside the wine red that invades the portals that are inspired by Piero Portaluppi's curves. From the portals one reaches the study and the large living room that houses both the TV corner and the dining room.

Porta Vittoria
This house for a young couple required a renovation project based on light and materials. The original plan with living area, night area and attic was maintained but the previous unvarying appearance has been replaced by a journey along textures and colors. The bent metal sheet staircase is a perfect theatre wing into the living room, allowing zenith light to flood in. The imaginary line between living room and kitchen ensures natural light all day long.

Close to the Bastioni city walls, where the historic center of Milan begins, the Milanese firm LPzR has completed a new residential project on an area with unusual proportions: the long side measures over seventy meters, but the short side is only six meters.

The project was conceived to seamlessly integrate into the urban context, serving as a completion element for an entire block. The lot faces three streets, two of which have high traffic, and is delimited by a long existing building. Spanish maximalists Masquespacio design a sushi restaurant with a twist
Yango Zhang, the owner of Ichi, had previously built a few locations for his sushi takeout company but, with this latest venture, he wanted to place a strong emphasis on the dining experience. Ichi's previous identities were created inspired by stations and transit.

The project salvages and regenerates part of an office complex dating back to the 1960s. Thanks to a complete rethinking of the façade and the internal layout, the strong retrofitting intervention manages to create a flexible, elegant building characterised by refined materials that establish a connection with the surrounding context — a district in the north of Milan that is undergoing significant transformation.
