It is a promising area with well-developed social, commercial and recreational amenities.  The masterplan aims to develop the area as well as the lake. The key concept is living in the city while enjoying the countryside around. Located in the heart of Midtown Atlanta, Colony Square is poised to become a cultural and entertainment destination within a burgeoning commercial, residential, and arts district. TWA Hotel at JFK International Airport

Eero Saarinen’s iconic 1962 TWA Flight Center at John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York City is among the most significant examples of mid-century modern architecture in the world.
