After more than six years of planning and dialogue, and several unsuccessful attempts with previous consultants. Værløse Golfklub has finally realised its ambition to expand and transform its existing clubhouse. Through a close and continuous dialogue with the club, we have worked to optimise both the architectural concept and the overall project economy, with the ambition of creating maximum value within the given framework. Ny boligbebyggelse ved Bytorvet

The new residential development at Bytorvet in Tølløse comprises the construction of eight new apartments, centrally located in the heart of Tølløse. The project contributes to the densification of the area with modern housing that integrates into the existing urban structure along Jernbanevej. The development is designed as a unified, elongated building volume of up to two storeys with an attic level, reaching a maximum height of 12 metres. The pitched roof runs parallel to the street, while the façades are constructed in red brick with red roof tiles. Usserød Kongevej 41

The project comprises a new development on Usserød Kongevej, consisting of five residential units and one commercial space at ground level. The building is constructed in light-coloured brick with decorative brickwork in a sawtooth bond, while the rooftop apartment is clad in copper. All windows and doors are finished in a copper tone, creating a cohesive architectural expression. Kystvillaen is situated on the edge of the coastal landscape in Greve and extends across approximately 330 square metres. The house is designed with a focus on calm, rhythm and light, where natural materials and fluid transitions create a harmonious flow throughout the spaces. Large floor-to-ceiling windows open the house towards the coast, while terraces extend from the living areas, dissolving the boundary between indoors and outdoors.  In the eastern part of Milan, between the future BEIC, Porta Vittoria and the former Macello area, the project is set within an urban context undergoing continuous transformation. The client returns to collaborate with the studio to expand their home by incorporating the adjoining apartment, transforming two independent units into a single residence capable of adapting to the evolving needs of family life.
