The project contributes to the densification of the area with modern housing that integrates into the existing urban structure along Jernbanevej. The development is designed as a unified, elongated building volume of up to two storeys with an attic level, reaching a maximum height of 12 metres. The project comprises a new development on Usserød Kongevej, consisting of five residential units and one commercial space at ground level. The building is constructed in light-coloured brick with decorative brickwork in a sawtooth bond, while the rooftop apartment is clad in copper. Kystvillaen is situated on the edge of the coastal landscape in Greve and extends across approximately 330 square metres. The house is designed with a focus on calm, rhythm and light, where natural materials and fluid transitions create a harmonious flow throughout the spaces. Large floor-to-ceiling windows open the house towards the coast, while terraces extend from the living areas, dissolving the boundary between indoors and outdoors.
