The commercial complex planned in Jigani, an industrial and marble trader’s hub, in the suburbs of Bangalore. The program of the structure was clear in client’s brief. The structure was primarily made with the objective to earn rental income in the fast-growing area and they wanted the lower floor to be used for retail or restaurant and office space in the upper floors. The luxury modern house exterior design of three stories house in Al Qatif, Saudi Arabia, serves as a splendid modern form, with minimal clear orthogonal lines and contrasting neutral colors. Dear readers, let's review one of the works of VAastu Architecture Studio in 2017. We named it "Rumah Taman".The plan at the beginning of the renovation is to add the first floor living room to the expansion of the old living room and family room. Then it developed to add a children's room on the second floor. The position of the new children's room is above the new guest room. In the design of the Imperial American Chain Restaurants in Alabama, USA, the CAS team manages to capture that elusive slice-of-life-Americana vibe in a concise, straightforward exterior design. The main objective was to restore the original building and adapting it for modern use according to the context of restaurant design. The CAS team tackled this challenge by designing the three requisite restaurants in the lobby, so there would be leeway for outside seating areas as well. The Amwaj Islands in Bahrain are a beautiful place to live in, and the CAS design team was tasked with designing an appropriate façade for a contemporary apartment building in the area. These islands are atypically manmade, and specifically cater to the luxury residence market. Therefore, the exterior has been designed to respect that specific aura of the luxury culture in a decidedly more contemporary way. Islamic building exteriors have always been renowned for their meticulous and symmetrical geometry, whereas modernity is represented by stark surfaces and clean lines. The CAS design team artfully merged these two aspects in the design of this white modern Islamic villa exterior design in Jeddah, KSA. Combining two contradicting aesthetics in a singular building design is one of the most challenging aspects a designer can ever tackle in a project, but the CAS team managed to do it brilliantly in this Modern Arabic House Design in Basra, Iraq. The idea was to highlight the underlying tradition with a fine layer of modernity on the surface, so the end product turned out to be contemporary, yet Islamic at the same time.
