The Amwaj Islands in Bahrain are a beautiful place to live in, and the CAS design team was tasked with designing an appropriate façade for a contemporary apartment building in the area. These islands are atypically manmade, and specifically cater to the luxury residence market. Therefore, the exterior has been designed to respect that specific aura of the luxury culture in a decidedly more contemporary way. The right façade of the complex has been treated to maximize the beautiful views of the sea, while the left façade looks over the open-air shopping center that tempts the residents to go out for a casual shopping experience.
