The smaller terrace, located at the end of the workspace, was allocated to the executive offices. İbrahim Özbunar İbrahim Özbunar The project is organized into three main zones: reception, social areas, and workspaces. ABC OFFICE

One of the most experienced detergent company in Turkey, ABC’s office located in Istanbul Beykoz is designed by escapefromsofa in 2019. Maximum use of daylight is the important criteria for the layout plan of this one-storied and 1000 meter-squared workspace. In the project, spatial organisation is arranged with a linear layout. Canal Street

The graphic design firm Turnstyle and the branding firm Stoke commissioned Heliotrope to design their shared office headquarters in Seattle’s Fremont neighborhood. The property is located along a shoreline greenbelt, and features abundant views of the adjacent canal, as well as unobstructed solar access. The design cleverly navigates the land use code to maximize allowable floor area while incorporating a 30-foot-tall central atrium that stitches together three of the four floors and provides important visual connections throughout the building for its occupants. Large steel moment frames rise out of a monolithic concrete base with an integrated street front awning. The steel frames act as ribs for the exterior metal skin and are... More

VALUAR

Valuar has become a strategic partner of many of Argentina´s most renowned companies in the recruitment of executives for their top management and key position. The team desired a motivating and elegant environment with open space, private rooms and meeting rooms, so the designers responded with a simple concept which plays with boundaries. There is a multitude of interactions in everyday life; between people and things, things and spaces, inside and outside. Blurring, erasing, or slightly shifting the lines between these boundaries can challenge and loosen our preconceptions, giving rise to new spaces. If one takes a closer look at the gaps between two differing materials, metal frames and plants, it becomes apparent that there are no clear-...
