A two-level apartment in Sochi has joined the collection of unusual projects of our studio. The task from the customers was to create an interior in the usual loft style with the addition of original spatial solutions. The area of the apartment is small-67 sq. m, but our designers took into account the needs of all residents, including little dog york.

The history of the interior began with the transfer of an opening in the ceiling for the stairs, which made it possible to create an open loft, which customers dreamed of. The configuration of the metal staircase is non-standard and designed according to the sketches of the studio.

A grand jazz club in the Georgian Mountains
In the heart of the Kakheti Region in Eastern Georgia, the Lopota Lake Resort and Spa has recently introduced a jazz club designed by local Georgian architecture firm David Koiava of Design Avenue. Celebrating the Caucasus Mountains and Georgia's heritage with a first-of-its-kind jazz venue, the concept stands out from the underground jazz scene typically found in the country.

Situated against the background of dramatic mountains, the stand-alone building features a rounded concrete and stone exterior with evenly spaced large wooden beams surrounding a low-lit open-air atrium. Between the thick beams are trees, which reference the region's natural heritage and proximity to nature.

The extension for this house located at the countryside of Aalter (Flanders) was conceived as a pavilion, connected as an appendix to the existing house. The very dark and closed rooms of the existing house are reduced to secondary functions such as storage rooms, TV corner and home office. The living spaces in the new section are developed in contrast to the existing house as very light-rich spaces, nestled in the green character of the surrounding garden and vast landscape.

Pedrali Light Frames
For the Pedrali stand “Light Frames”, Migliore + Servetto Architects have portrayed the new collection with signs of light.
Ten luminous frames are the backdrop to the product families presented on various levels within environments defined as photographic
sets.
The backgrounds display light graphics and coloured geometric signs, outlining the characteristic and iconic scenes of the different products.
The exposition volumes stand out against the perimetral walls, creating a dynamic and evocative landscape with diagonal surfaces and multiple inclinations.
In front of each volume the “test areas”, where you can touch and try some samples of the products exhibited. More
