With a commercial frontage facing the main road and serenity in the residential expanse opposite, our mission harmonizes the commercial façade with neighbouring row houses and low-rise structures while ensuring elevated views.
The site's ingenious zoning places commerce upfront, residences in the middle, and tranquil amenity space at the rear. Clever design decisions, like double-height terraces, mitigate the western sun's impact, infusing dynamism into the project.
