This project concerns a single-family dwelling set on a plot with a steep natural slope and a privileged view over a surrounding landscape rich in vegetation and close to a body of water. The layout of the house takes advantage of the topography, sitting on a partially suspended platform that provides a continuous visual connection with the horizon and subtle integration with the surrounding nature. The project consists of a three-storey single-family house, set on a sloping plot with a steep longitudinal gradient. The main premise of the architectural design was to enhance the relationship between the interior and exterior, providing wide, unobstructed views and a continuous experience between the living spaces and the outdoor garden and leisure areas. Project “Lux Cave” involved the conversion of a 200 m2 warehouse into an entertainment area for personal use. The owner envisaged the construction of an entertainment space that aligns with their hobbies, such as watching sports or playing video games, and hanging out with friends. Moreover, the space was also intended for get-togethers and parties. The new space would include a bar with billiards and other games, a recording studio, a control room, a private cinema, and a gaming room. Belaku, which means "House of Light," is a residential project on the outskirts of Bengaluru. A 2BHK tenant house and a duplex home were requested by our client. The home needed to be well-lit and to have natural light throughout. Both the project's cost and Vaastu Shastra compliance must be acceptable. Studio Recall We began by planning to let in a lot of light by cutting wide openings on the north and east sides. We have a finite amount of "Stack Effect" ventilation openings. We have made the project future-proof by giving 4 feet wide room for lighting and ventilation on the entire north face of the building, keeping in mind the potential tenants on the constrained urban plot. The area surrounding the Siri Fort in Delhi is steeped in history. Thought to be nearly a thousand years old, the ruins have been only partially excavated, while the rest of the protected area is a forest full of mature trees. The views are serene and splendid for the handful of properties that overlook the verdant fort. Lining the north side is a row of houses that squarely face the ruins. The Eureka Urban Development is located to the south-west of Castelnau-le-Lez, a municipality of the Montpellier Méditerranée Métropole conurbation. The development of the lots, until now composed of abandoned agricultural lands, is an opportunity to redefine the boundary of the Montpellier agglomeration on the agricultural landscape and natural woodlands, including notably the Domaine de Verchant located 300m to the north of the site. PS House densifies the inner block of an already dense San Francisco neighborhood (North Beach), while bringing an unexpected degree of spaciousness, natural light and connection with the outside to a small 1200sf urban house.
