The existing apartment in a classicist corner house in Prague built in 1837 by an architect Jan Ripota, which is a listed building, has undergone a complete reconstruction. The reconstruction of the apartment included its extension into the roof space and the creation of a new roof dormer located in the courtyard of the house. The renovation also included the implementation of an outdoor atrium, which offers outdoor seating in peace and adds natural light to the apartment space. Located in the heart of Ho Chi Minh city, an old building has been transformed into CITY OASIS: an ensemble of 27 rooms of a serviced apartment that are different in size (24 - 45 m2).  Since Ho Chi Minh city is the largest metropolis in Vietnam, pollution, in general, is inevitable. It is not hard to notice the light dome hanging above the city. The high density of population, transportation, and modern buildings trap the city lights, which then results in light pollution. At first, we faced a ruined 100-year-old Building that only a few surrounding bearing brick walls and a basement was remained of it. The area is located on a gentle slope on the outskirts of the city of Brno - Ivanovice with a typical development of suburban family houses. The urban solution is based on a grid that ensures an economically advantageous arrangement of plots with maximum permeability. The individual plots are arranged using a chessboard system - semi-detached and three-story houses alternate with solitary houses. Żorro was inspired by the basic principle of creating architecture, which is to improve the existing functional, aesthetic, and spatial standards found in a given place and context for future residents. In the edge of the historical center of Győr, in the neighborhood of Széchenyi bridge a rectangular building complex has been designed. The complex includes three parts. A strip mall run through the ground floor. Two linear masses are placed above them, which contains the apartments. While the office building is situated in the north-west corner of the facility. Avoiding the effects of road 14, bachelor flats are facing to the private garden, so the side-corridor protects them against the noise. The variation of solid and hollow parts gives a characteristic chessboardlike appearance for the façade.
