The project is located in Chengdu, the vibrant city known as the "Land of Abundance". However, the target clientele for this project yearns for a Nordic-style relaxation, naturalness, and restraint. Therefore, we attempt to strike a balance between "vibrancy" and "artistic sensibility": while retaining the intimate warmth of urban life, we also create a living environment that combines everyday vibrancy with artistic flair through exquisite spatial organization and artistic scene creation. Northwest Woods Residence is a 6,400-square-foot MODERN MODULAR home in East Hampton, New York, designed for a young family of five and extended family visiting from abroad. The project explores how the dimensional and production constraints of off-site construction can support highly customized residential architecture rather than prescribe a standardized result. The house is composed of ten prefabricated modules, set on site in two days. Their arrangement establishes a series of interconnected indoor and outdoor spaces organized around privacy, daylight, family life, and the wooded setting. This complete reconstruction of an apartment on the Rašín Embankment, offering panoramic views of the Vltava River and Prague Castle, was designed to harmonize contemporary living with the historic soul of a building in the heart of Prague. The sensitive reconfiguration of the 4+kk layout prioritizes both flow and functionality. The heart of the home is a grand, representative entrance hall that welcomes visitors while serving as a curated gallery for the client’s extensive art collection. Located in the heart of Kalaburagi, a hot, semi-arid city in northern Karnataka, our design explores the possibilities for outdoor living as a viable condition within an otherwise harsh climate. Shanghai is a fast-paced city. Yet, the faster the tempo of such a metropolis, the simpler people's expectations for their homes become.  Rather than originating from a predefined aesthetic style, the design seeks to re-establish a delicate balance between the trivialities of daily life and inner tranquility. The renovation of Riviera Apartment began with the desire to transform the everyday experience of a young couple through a more open, welcoming, and fluid living space. The main challenge was to strengthen the connection between the living and dining areas while preserving the privacy of the home office. The project responds to this condition through a wooden partition that becomes the main architectural element of the intervention. This house, set on a steep slope covered with typical Brazilian savanna vegetation, is located in front of a preserved area facing mountain views. Its location strategy, longitudinal to the terrain’s contour lines, is defined by the extensive cover concrete slab, which is fluidly inserted according to the specific needs of the program and the terrain.
