Residential renovation

A curved cream sofa, rounded armchairs and layered stone and glass tables create an open conversation area. The low furniture preserves views toward the staircase, upper gallery and secondary lounge.

The renovated entrance combines pale stone-look flooring, a stone console, abstract artwork and indoor planting. The opening ahead frames the dark stone staircase and the brighter double-height centre of the house.

Dark stone stair treads and clear glass balustrades form the principal architectural feature within the double-height hall. Full-height curtains diffuse daylight, while the amber glass pendant installation links the ground floor with the upper gallery.

The elevated view shows the relationship between the living room, dining area, kitchen and staircase. A large rug contains the curved seating group while broad circulation routes remain open around it.

The dining area is defined by a pale stone table, textured chairs and a custom oak shelving composition. Vertical fins and open shelves form a warm background between the living room and charcoal kitchen.

Mitra - Home Renovation in Jumeirah Islands Dubai

Mitra Villa is a completed renovation of a four-bedroom residence in Jumeirah Islands, Dubai. The project covers 4,553 sq. ft. and includes the entrance, double-height living hall, staircase, dining area, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. The renovation was developed around three main objectives: to create a brighter arrival, connect the principal family spaces and establish one consistent material language throughout the house. The entrance begins with a relatively contained foyer that frames the taller central hall beyond it. Pale stone-look flooring continues through both spaces, helping the transition feel uninterrupted.
