Located in Pereira, Colombia, the house is immersed in a green natural landscape toward the forest of the Central Andes Cordillera. The project stems from the intention of orienting and framing views toward the mountains, making them a permanent element of the experience of inhabiting the house. BELL BELL An Existing House and Mature Trees as the Starting Point Opening text BELL BELL brings together 24 homes in the suburban residential setting of City Bell, Argentina. The project retains and renovates an existing house, converting it into three residences, and introduces a new building with 21 apartments at the rear of the site. Preserved trees and a material palette of exposed concrete, brick, wood, and metal establish the relationship between the existing property and the new intervention. Papagayo 404 is a house raised on slanted steel columns over the dry forest of the Papagayo Peninsula, in Guanacaste, above the bay. Studio CAVA designed its extension, about 1,100 m²: the entrance sequence to the house, the kitchen and the living room, two bathrooms, the pools and the jacuzzi, the decks, the fire pit and an outdoor kitchen. Casa Eco began to take shape in 2020, born from a couple's desire for a summer house dedicated to rest and gathering with family and friends. The project was conceived during the selection of the plot, chosen in partnership with the architecture firm, and was guided from the outset by the premise of being a welcoming home, open to gatherings and deeply connected to its surroundings. Clementi NorthArc places its relationship with the Ulu Pandan River at the centre of the development. Nearly 1,200 homes are distributed across six residential blocks ranging from 12 to 40 storeys. The buildings step down towards the river and the centre of the site, reducing their scale along the waterfront while opening views, greenery and shared spaces towards the landscape. Zed House began with a simple brief: a young family of four wanted a home that needed no artificial light during the day, in any season. The site made that difficult. It is a long, narrow urban lot with a new house pressed close on one side and a public park on the other, so the home had to open itself to light while guarding its privacy from both directions. Linebox's answer was to fold the plan into a Z. Compared with a rectangular footprint, the Z greatly increases the ratio of exterior wall to floor area and eliminates the dark core typical of narrow-lot houses. Located within the Bornova Professors’ Housing Complex, Profesörler House, welcomes its residents through a layered garden path framed by steel pergolas and lush greenery. Carefully placed lighting blends architecture and landscape into a calm evening rhythm, transforming the approach into a curated moment of arrival. The spatial organization is structured around a U-shaped configuration opening toward the garden, allowing the interior spaces to establish a strong visual and spatial relationship with a central open void.
