Mountain Retreat Villa
Mountain Retreat Villa is a contemporary luxury residence conceived for a steep, forested mountain setting, where architecture and landscape are carefully integrated to create a private retreat immersed in nature.
The design is organized as a series of interconnected volumes that follow the natural topography of the site, minimizing the visual impact of the building while maximizing panoramic views toward the surrounding forest and mountainous landscape. The stepped configuration creates multiple terraces and outdoor spaces, allowing different areas of the residence to maintain a direct relationship with the surrounding environment.

SS PRIVATE VILLA
Located in nature, the villa has 3 floors and a total covered area of 450m2. The villa has its own spa area and hobby rooms. A gallery space is designed to connect the living room and bedrooms.
The land where the project is built also has a winter garden, barbecue terrace, parking lot and its own private garden.
ECCE GROUP
Natural stone is used in the exterior cladding to harmonize with the texture in the region. Since the project is located in the Black Sea region, tile roofing was made using a sloping roof. By adding a windbreak section at the entrance, the cold air is prevented from getting directly inside.

Villa Consept
FOÇA TAŞ EV
In the design of the building, located in Foça and containing two separate independent units, our aim was to create a structure that would be integrated into the existing texture with special materials specific to the region. We aimed to increase the aesthetic appeal of the building with the use of these special materials.
Taking advantage of the corner plot, we strategically placed the house entrances in opposite directions. This not only optimized the use of space, but also ensured that the architectural layout gained a dynamic and purposeful element.

VB House
The VB House is a compact and bright villa, which offers many visual cues, with the ability to open itself without being revealed.
Composed of a solid stone block that covers and protects the most intimate and private areas of the house. This solid stone block opens instead into the living areas of the house that is articulated with new volumes to create spaces in relation to the outside and attract light inside. These volumes that break the solidity of the stone block are treated differently, covered in bronze, with sunscreen panels that can be opened or closed if necessary.
