St Andrew’s Hall in Parkville is home to a training facility for the Church Missionary Society of Australia (CMS). The Learning Centre and Accommodation Redevelopment project comprises a complete restoration of the original 19th century house and new student accommodation and teaching building. Responding to the ornate fretwork and detail of St Andrew’s Hall, the development is wrapped in a geometric patterned metalwork screen. This serves as solar control to the northern and western facades, and manages privacy to the development’s northern neighbours. Atlantic Fellows for Social Equity (AFSE) is an Indigenous-led social change fellowship program based at University of Melbourne. JCB was appointed as the Lead Indigenous Architect to design an inspiring and culturally safe space for staff and visitors, and a welcoming place for Indigenous and non-Indigenous leaders from Australia and the Pacific to collaborate. Located on level 5 of Building 168 within the UoM New Student Precinct, the existing fit-out was highly cellular, characterised by enclosed offices and meeting rooms, high windowsills and poor visual permeability and natural daylight. La Trobe University’s twin building student accommodation development brings 624 new student beds to its eastern residential precinct and forms a key part of an ambitious plan to transform their Bundoora campus into a University City of the Future. Dormitory is a part of the new Campus WU (Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien - Vienna University of Economics and Business) situated close to the public park Prater in Vienna´s 2nd district. Student housing accomodates 429 single rooms with bathroom and one small kitchenette. Main entrance is situated at central forecourt with connection to the subway station. The main entrance leads into two-floor lobby, to a place that is imagined as a meeting point and a communication area for students. The Scape Student Living - Corsham Street project features multiple banks of freestanding post boxes located in the entrance lobby to the student accommodation building. The mailboxes are an in front / out front horizontal type fitted back-to-back which maximised the amount of post boxes fitted in the installation area.   These banks of MODA mailboxes contain products finished in a variety of colours that adhere to the branding guidelines set out by the design team at Scape Student Living.
