The apartments/studios each had to have an area of ​​20 m² to 60 m², including a private outdoor area. Located in Providence, Rhode Island, the Roger Williams Park Gateway Center opened in October, 2022 and provides a new urban park, visitor center, and northern entry point into the historic Roger Williams Park. The site marks the midpoint of a cultural corridor that began to form over 60 years ago, transitioning into a diverse and proud Latino community. This ambitious urban project involves the revitalization of a 5.5-hectare site of the former cavalry barracks of the Polish Army. The site is located in the heart of Poznań, and the entire area, along with four buildings dating from the 19th century, is listed as a historical monument.
