Banker Wire’s representative in Sweden, Pahlfer, was commissioned to manufacture metal mesh for Hotel Scandic Örebro Central. The Banker Wire M14Z-5 is used in custom sizes for their long menu board canopy that runs along the reception, cafe, and the long bar counter in the lounge. The dark oxide-plated metal meshes are mounted in black frameworks in the ceiling feature, as well as in the movable screens along the counter at their coffee station. The building to our client is constructed in factory neighborhood. Each facade tells a story of aesthetic emotions linked with each space in terms of its color palate.We tried to blend modern interiors, flooring and plenty of open spaces where you can break away for a change of scenery. Office layout is kept quite simple with central alley leading us to the owner’s cabin. Office space includes main director office, working space with desks, meeting room, and an informal reception area.Exterior elevation of the office is quite unusual with heavy ornamented bracket wooden frame design. White triangles apartment in Vilnius, Lithuania. Almost pure minimalist 60 square meters apartment, where the light and sterile look fulfills interior with sculpture like details.Most important detail is painted white triangles on the concrete ceiling. The purpose of this paint is to use white color as reflective surface for the wall lights, since the darker color of the concrete absorbs too much valuable light at the night time. The facade of the Altzaga School, in Leioa, was restored with our Paper texture in black.This restoration project aimed to respond to the detachment problems present on the existing facades along the ground floor. Some of the best things in life come in small packages and the recent refurbishment of a compact apartment in Fitzrovia by Roselind Wilson Design is no exception. Charismatic and well-travelled, the client wanted his London pied-à-terre to reflect his vibrant personality with bold colours, textures and some serious wow factor. From a functional point of view, the apartment needed to be able to accommodate visiting friends and family, as well as act as a welcoming bolthole for when he returned from his travels. The Elements is a private new build house in Hampshire, completed in early 2017 by Winchester based architects AR Design Studio. Adjacent to the stunning River Hamble and its popular marina, it is nestled within meadows rich in native wildlife. With a global collection of friends and family, the client required a large home in which to regularly host and entertain.
