Architects Francesca Morsiani and Mujgan Merve Rinaldi designed La Mini with a proposed location in Nevsehir, Turkey surrounded by mountains. The rectangular structure is clad in dark brown vertical panels interspersed with floor-to-ceiling windows for a sleek, minimalist exterior. _UVISUAL The design idea was to create a small, efficient and welcoming house. In an area of about 45sqm, it contains minimum living requirements: a bedroom, bathroom and the living/dining/kitchen area as a single space. MY SILVER SHELTER — a holiday house with flexible planning always filled with daylight. SA lab The building is positioned on the site according to the movement of the sun. A blank narrow wall is oriented to the North. However, a living room and terrace were designed to the south and west sides. The main facade opens to the street with necessary numbers of windows concealing private life from strangers. The project of our tiny house was born in a context in which the Habitat concept itself evolves and changes according to new needs but also to the needs that society is involuntarily forcing to impose for a more sustainable life away from the frenzy that is too insistent today and ephemeral. The concept of our project, which is based on its actual production, is conceived from a prefabricated corrugated sheet metal structure subsequently covered with a laminated structure in natural wood, treated so as to be able to resist atmospheric agents in any context, thanks also to our system of filtering of natural water which acts as a shield in case of excessive heat.
