Office No. 2 – Campo Grande

Retail space in a residential building from the early 21st century, with a large window over the Campo Grande Garden, converted into architects’ office. The shop window, which displayed a bank branch for many years, is rethought as a large conventional window, to receive natural light and the view of the Campo Grande trees. Villa NW6

A modern villa in North Limburg. Glass House! A modern villa has been designed for these rural surroundings in the north of Limburg. “The location of this property, in the heart of the fields, surrounded by greenhouses, was the starting point for the design. The house is a glasshouse with a slate shell. The whole building inclusive sun terrace has been built on a raised plateau, so that the building is visible as a landmark above the level of the surrounding fields. White Office Building Project. The designed structure of the building is a compact form consisting of two cuboids stacked on top of each other, close in plan dimensions, rotated 90 degrees relative to each other, and additionally shifted. Breaking the uniform cuboid emphasizes a different function for the ground floor compared to the first and second floors. Additionally, these two volumes are distinguished by the finish of the facades. Mirror manifests honesty, transparency, and clarity in the Iranian culture. As one of the traditional architectural techniques, mirror fabrication has deep cultural roots and influenced by spiritual and religious beliefs. GROUP A was commissioned by franchise organization Service Apotheek to design the interior identity within the brand positioning of strategic design agency Fabrique. Tokyo Motor Show 2011

This is a booth space for company at Tokyo Motor Show 2011 in Tokyo Big Site.The booth is display space for new products announced by glass company which contributes to car glass.  The space shows brand image of glass maker, such as transparency, lightness and joy. Ceiling and furniture is made of ETFE membrane that is pneumatic structure based on rhombus grid.  Diffused reflection lighting is coming through 3 layered ETFE Ceiling which has holes randomly.Furniture is constructed by rhombus grid pattern made of ETFE membrane. Arrangement of the furniture is decided by people moving pattern and display method for products.  This space allowed many people coming from any direction to watch new products and get information. A real estate company’s corporate headquarters, located at the city’s highest traffic entrance, brings clarity and conciseness and acts as a new landmark to a transitioning industrial area within an emerging district. The Project required the renovation of an existing facility into the new Jaguar Land Rover Dealership in Lima – Peru, according to the new brand identity. It is the first facility in Latin America, proposed under these guidelines. It includes a Showroom and Customer Area, Sales and Merchandising, Handover, Drop-off and Collection, Service Workshop and a Parking Area.
