“Broggi Apartments” is a small hospitality project located in Milan in an elegant context of the beginning of the last century. Three independent units of different sizes offer the possibility of hosting up to ten guests. Each unit has been set up to have a specific spirit, bold colors define connection spaces, kitchenettes and bathrooms; careful choice of upholstery, fabrics and wallpapers, design of bespoke furniture and ad hoc lamps has allowed full personalization of the spaces. The context is a building of the early twentieth century, with a small apartment completely overlooking a quiet and lush courtyard. This setting has been completely overturned, leaving space for a living area in continuity with the kitchen, while the bathroom and bedroom have been moved to the two sides of the apartment. The project of the interiors of [bu:r] was born from the intense collaboration with the Chef Eugenio Boer. The deep and constant confrontation made by research and mutual contamination gave birth to a place characterized by a strong link with the Chef’s personality, cuisine and history. The spaces, articulated to be flexible, are designed to offer intimate and welcoming environment, in constant balance between innovation and tradition. This compact and cozy apartment space set in an urban context is designed for a young working couple. The idea was to create a minimalist and modern space which is also functionally optimal with the right aesthetics. The design mostly includes furniture pieces and décor items that have been tastefully sourced to suit the clients needs. The concept of this project was shaped by the desire to create a feminine atmosphere where fluid shapes and natural elements blend in a balanced composition, dominated by a chromatic palette of light shades, like a delicate spring peony. Sabin Prodan Sabin Prodan The proximity to the park, as well as the beneficiary's affinity for the Mediterranean area, influenced the aesthetics of the concept and the choice of defining materials and finishes. When an apartment goes for rent, its furnishing is done without a major investment - finishes and pieces of furniture that can be easily replaced. It is not the story of this project either. Stardust is an apartment for rent resulting from the union of 2 neighboring houses. Rethinking the functions was an important point of the project, obtaining an ample living space with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and dedicated dressing rooms, a generous living room with dining and a fully equipped kitchen.
