ABSA DISTRIBUTION CENTER
ABSA Center of distribution is part of the electric Mexican company ABSA’s new headquarters, which includes a Storage Building, Sales Building, and a future Executive Sales Building to be built in 2020. CEDIS was built in the industrial zone in the city of Guadalajara, Jalisco.
The industrial building has 2,700 square meters of workspace for assembly of electric boards, aside from a four level office building. The building is oriented north-south, opening a series of saw tooth facing south to let in as much natural light as possible into the second level of the industrial plant. Warehouses Complex
The main entrance to the parcel is defined as perpendicular to the common border of the two parcels. The building mass is designed to follow the parcel boundary, and an interior courtyard is designed for buildings. The width of the road that gives access to the main road is 16 meters. The inner courtyard from the main road reaches with vehicles ramp.With 16 meters wide ramp that leads into the inner courtyard. This ramp, which will provide access to the courtyard from the main road, is a common area within the two parcels. Extension of storage depot Gude GmbH
The light building elements from Rodeca glaze a warehouse in Oberhausen. In Oberhausen an extension to an existing warehouse and logistics building for the Gude GmbH was created. Light-transmissive and coloured facade panels from Rodeca GmbH give the hall a special appearance both inside and outside. Above all, the appearance of the material contributes to a strong architectural appeal of the building.The polycarbonate panels were customized in their colour scheme. With their multi-layered structure, they also take over the function of thermal insulation. This has a positive effect on the energy balance of the building. McCarthy
A robust Mission district industrial building, built in the 1930’s, has had many lives. First as a Lucky Strike warehouse, later an auto repair shop, and then in the 80’s the Capp Street Project Gallery. During the dot com era it was dolled up as a software company. Clive McCarthy bought the building in 2006 for his art factory and residence.Our project involved the restoration of the original industrial warehouse and the removal of ugly mid 90’s additions, and the insertion of contained set elements of entry, powder room, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, fireplace, and laundry to create a domestic landscape within the generous 10,000sf industrial space. Nestle Waters Beirut Headquarters:
The NestléWaters’offices & warehouse are located on a lot near the Beirut River. It is a project intended to function as a logistical platform for the company; a head office that doubles up as a primary storage and distribution site.
The scheme yields to the highly functional aspect of the warehouse by letting the vehicle path and turning radii carve its mass and produce a volume that maximizes size without losing efficiency. The office block acknowledges the importance of uninterrupted flow & sits atop the warehouse cantilevering above the access andcreating a grand gate for the ubiquitous delivery truck.

Empezar Container Freight Station
Empezar is one of the leading logistics companies at the rapidly expanding port in Mundra, Gujarat. With their immediate need for an administration building, the proposal also considers converting one of their storage yards into a Container Freight Station, with future warehousing and yard expansion possibilities.
The building is constructed out of locally availbile brick which helps in insultating against extreme temperatures faced in the Mundra region. Stategically placed, wind-towers, wind-scoops and water bodies form a system of passive air conditioning for the building, reducing the power requirement.
