With their immediate need for an administration building, the proposal also considers converting one of their storage yards into a Container Freight Station, with future warehousing and yard expansion possibilities.
The building is constructed out of locally availbile brick which helps in insultating against extreme temperatures faced in the Mundra region. Stategically placed, wind-towers, wind-scoops and water bodies form a system of passive air conditioning for the building, reducing the power requirement.
