When you begin working with a handful of collaborators and the courage to face the world, it is impossible to anticipate that a company will gain a life of its own, as a result of its growth. For the past 34 years, I lived and fought greatly to give J&J Teixeira sustainability, company that I founded in 1977, when I was still an individual entrepreneur. Growing was not an act of disproportionate ambition, it was the realisation that the only way we will be here tomorrow is if we become better every day and to become the best in this sector we must be bigger as well. We cannot provide clients with answers without having a complete offer, executing whatever the client may have the audacity to dream of. Its impossible for us to be a good partner if we are not willing to accompany the client all over the world. This requires capacity, it requires dimension. We grew because we had to. I believe in the future and I believe in the future because I work everyday for it. I do not turn away from problems nor do I let myself be fooled by prosperity. I want this company to be here today, tomorrow and always. That is why I bet on youth and qualification of staff. I bet on professionals that see this company as their own. And I bet on my family, that works with me on a daily basis and it is the strongest guarantee I can give that I believe in this project. There were 6 of us in 1977. Today we are 300. Tomorrow there will be more of us.
