The Founding Partners
The origins of Orangebox lie in the village of Hengoed in South Wales, and with the management buyout of an existing manufacturing business run by Steelcase.
Everyday life at Orangebox
At the beginning, the Orangebox team was relatively small and everyone knew everyone. Over the last fifteen years, however, we have grown dramatically, and now number more than 450 people. This can make remaining close to all our colleagues a challenge.
