With io verticale, Occhio has expanded its successful io product range with a luminaire offering a combination of compact design, innovative lighting technology and unique lighting quality, allowing it to be used in a virtually unlimited number of areas. Thanks to its revolutionary VOLT technology, the luminaire can be connected straight to the mains with no need for a ballast (plug & play).
The new io verticale from Occhio impresses with its pure, compact design. High-quality finishes enable perfect coordination with individual interiors. The cosy rose gold and bronze materials are the latest additions to the range and reflect contemporary tastes. The elegant finishes are produced using a complex PVD process to ensure maximum durability. As a result, the minimalist form and beauty of the light are accentuated perfectly.
The compact io verticale can be swivelled 360 degrees, thus creating adjustable lighting effects on walls. io verticale can be operated by an adapter – including via the Occhio air app or controller. The light can also be set via a conventional phase control dimmer. With its modular design and interchangeable lens systems, it provides a suitable lighting solution for any situation – whether it be in a residential or public setting.
io verticale is equipped with the new Occhio VOLT light engine, an innovation developed by the company in-house: Just like old-fashioned light bulbs, LED luminaires can now be connected straight to the mains with no need for a ballast (plug & play), while offering optimum light quality (CRI 97). LEDs and electronics are combined in a compact, replaceable module. The design of the luminaires thus becomes even more minimalist and they can be installed practically anywhere. Pure innovation!
